There was a time in my life when I felt completely out of control around food, always jumping from one diet to the next only to see the number on the scale continue to go up. It seemed that the more I tried to lose weight, the harder it became. The more effort I seemed to put in, the worse the results. The stricter my diets became, the more out of control I felt.

If so, I’ve been where you are! Before becoming a dietitian, I struggled a lot with my relationship with food and subsequently, with my weight. I remember reaching my highest weight and my lowest self confidence and thinking enough was enough. I had to do something different.

Through my own personal experiences and my educational journey of becoming a dietitian, I’ve found a foolproof way to reach my happy weight and stay there.

What is a “happy weight?” – a person’s happy weight is the weight at which they feel healthy, comfortable, and confident, while living their life in a way that isn’t controlled by food rules, dieting, and rigid exercise routines

Now, I’m able to eat foods I enjoy, nourish my body, feel confident in my own skin, and live my life without dieting, cutting out certain foods, or tracking of any kind. And this is exactly what I teach my clients to do using the 3 GHN pillars!
